We commit to addressing routine maintenance requests within 48 hours because we understand that your comfort can’t wait. This promise reflects our dedication to your wellbeing and covers essential home systems including:
- Kitchen appliance repairs
- Plumbing services
- Door and lock maintenance
- Heating and HVAC systems
- Electrical repairs
How Our Promise Works
Here’s how we ensure efficient service:
- Requests received before 2 PM: Timeline starts from time request received between 8am – 2pm
- Requests after 2 PM: Timeline starts next business day
- Weekend requests: Processing begins Monday morning

While most repairs are completed quickly, occasionally circumstances like parts availability, severe weather and statutory holidays may affect our timeline. In these cases, we promise to:
- Notify you immediately of any delays
- Explain the situation clearly
- Provide updates on progress
- Work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible

Our Standard is High
WJ is proud of the quality of our service and the condition of our suites and properties. When repairs are required, we’ll try to fix them as soon as possible.
We have a 48 Hour Maintenance Promise that covers all routine maintenance requests from Monday to Friday (some restrictions will apply).
Typical requests are as follows: kitchen appliance repair, plumbing repairs, door lock repairs, heating and or HVAC repairs, electrical repairs.
Our Maintenance Promise applies to all requests made between the hours of 8am and 2pm, Monday to Friday. Requests made after 2pm will be timed from the following day. Requests after 2pm on Friday or during the weekend will be considered to have been made on the following Monday. Occasionally our maintenance schedule will be delayed due to the backorder of parts or bad weather. In these cases, we will notify the tenant of the delay, and the reason for it. We are sincere in our attempt to resolve matters as quickly as possible.
